Job Description

Providence St. Patrick Hospital is looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Program Manager to join our team. The Quality Program Manager will lead initiatives that ensure compliance to regulatory standards and improve the quality of patient care. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring systems to ensure that the highest standards of quality are met.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in health care, quality management, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting. You must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record of success in quality and patient safety initiatives. Additionally, you must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to effectively collaborate with other departments and personnel. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor systems to ensure that the highest standards of quality are met.
  2. Coordinate with other departments and personnel to ensure that quality and patient safety initiatives are implemented.
  3. Monitor compliance with regulatory standards.
  4. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement in patient care.
  5. Develop policies and procedures related to quality and patient safety.
  6. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality and patient safety data.
  7. Train and mentor staff members on quality and patient safety protocols.
  8. Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure successful collaboration.
  9. Identify process improvement opportunities.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
