  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations and drive cost savings.
  2. Oversee and manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and supplier relationship management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and develop production plans.
  4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  6. Manage inventory levels and develop inventory control processes to minimize excess stock and optimize inventory turns.
  7. Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
  10. Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of supply chain strategies.
  12. Lead cross-functional projects to improve supply chain processes and systems.
  13. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovation.
  14. Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
  15. Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A High-Tech Or Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Logistics.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Cost Savings And Process Improvements Within Supply Chain Operations.
