
Client Service Representative
We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join the team at Quest Diagnostics and be a part of our mission to provide our customers with the highest quality of service. The ideal candidate will be someone who is customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. To be successful, you must possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have a desire to help our clientele.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a focus on medical office or laboratory settings. You must also possess a high level of professionalism, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. A strong working knowledge of medical office and laboratory procedures and practices is essential. The ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions is key. Furthermore, you must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.We look forward to hearing from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all Quest Diagnostics clients.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow company protocols and procedures when interacting with clients.
- Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in medical office and laboratory procedures and practices.
- Assist with other customer service duties as needed.
