Job Description

We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join the team at Quest Diagnostics and be a part of our mission to provide our customers with the highest quality of service. The ideal candidate will be someone who is customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. To be successful, you must possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have a desire to help our clientele.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a focus on medical office or laboratory settings. You must also possess a high level of professionalism, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. A strong working knowledge of medical office and laboratory procedures and practices is essential. The ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions is key. Furthermore, you must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.We look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to all Quest Diagnostics clients.
  2. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely manner.
  4. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  6. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  7. Follow company protocols and procedures when interacting with clients.
  8. Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  9. Stay up-to-date with changes in medical office and laboratory procedures and practices.
  10. Assist with other customer service duties as needed.
