Job Description

Are you an HR Generalist ready to take the next step in your Human Resources career? Do you have high-octane energy and enjoy a fast-paced job where you juggle a lot of responsibilities? If so, we have an HR Manager position in Smyrna, TN that might be perfect for you. Primary responsibility is recruiting and retaining hourly production staff. Process payroll using ADP Create various daily and monthly reports within the system. Track time and attendance. Arrange and track employee training. Manage employee relations and all issues related to employee engagement. Coordinate community events and quarterly focus groups.
