- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for the executive leadership team that aligns with the company's overall goals and vision.
- Craft compelling and impactful messaging that effectively conveys the company's key messages and brand identity.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand their communication needs and provide guidance and support in effectively delivering their messages.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in executive communications to continuously enhance and improve the company's strategy.
- Serve as a thought leader and advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on communication strategies and tactics.
- Manage the creation and distribution of communication materials such as speeches, presentations, talking points, and articles for the executive team.
- Create and maintain a crisis communication plan to address any potential issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and make adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
- Lead and manage a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional development and success.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and other speaking engagements as needed.
- Uphold the company's values and mission in all communication efforts.
