Director, Executive Communications

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for the executive leadership team that aligns with the company's overall goals and vision.
2. Craft compelling and impactful messaging that effectively conveys the company's key messages and brand identity.
3. Collaborate with senior leaders to understand their communication needs and provide guidance and support in effectively delivering their messages.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
5. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in executive communications to continuously enhance and improve the company's strategy.
6. Serve as a thought leader and advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on communication strategies and tactics.
7. Manage the creation and distribution of communication materials such as speeches, presentations, talking points, and articles for the executive team.
8. Create and maintain a crisis communication plan to address any potential issues that may arise.
9. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
10. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and make adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
11. Lead and manage a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional development and success.
12. Represent the company at events, conferences, and other speaking engagements as needed.
13. Uphold the company's values and mission in all communication efforts.
