Job Description

RingCentral is looking for a motivated and experienced Chatbot Specialist to join our team to assist in developing and maintaining our chatbot technology. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and an interest in creating a seamless customer experience.The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and analytical skills, have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This person should have a strong understanding of chatbot development, with experience in building, testing, and maintaining complex chatbot systems. Additionally, the Chatbot Specialist should be familiar with the latest trends in chatbot technology and understand how to apply them to improve customer service.The Chatbot Specialist will be part of the Product Development team and will work closely with the Engineering and Technical Operations teams. They will be responsible for developing and deploying chatbot solutions, including analyzing customer conversations and providing recommendations for improvement. They will also provide technical support to our customer service team and other internal teams.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience• 3+ years of experience in chatbot development• Experience in building, testing, and maintaining complex chatbot systems• Ability to analyze customer conversations and identify areas for improvement• Familiarity with the latest trends in chatbot technology• Strong technical and analytical skills• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyIf you are excited about this opportunity and possess the qualifications we are seeking, we encourage you to apply today!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deploy chatbot solutions for customer service.
  2. Analyze customer conversations and provide recommendations for improvement.
