  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand RingCentral's customer base and increase revenue in the enterprise market segment.
  2. Identify and target potential customers within the enterprise market, including Fortune 500 companies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and market trends to effectively position RingCentral's solutions.
  4. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer requirements and propose solutions that address their business challenges and objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  6. Manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for expansion and upsell.
  8. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that showcase RingCentral's value proposition and address customer needs.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry news, trends, and competitors' activities to effectively position RingCentral's solutions and differentiate them from the competition.
  10. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for RingCentral and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition.
  12. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development, and share best practices and insights with the sales team.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing RingCentral in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In Enterprise Or B2B Sales.

  • Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Influence Key Decision Makers.

  • Knowledge Of The Telecommunications Industry And Experience Selling Cloud-Based Solutions Is Preferred.
