- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand RingCentral's customer base and increase revenue in the enterprise market segment.
- Identify and target potential customers within the enterprise market, including Fortune 500 companies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and market trends to effectively position RingCentral's solutions.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer requirements and propose solutions that address their business challenges and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for expansion and upsell.

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Act as a brand ambassador for RingCentral and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development, and share best practices and insights with the sales team.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing RingCentral in a professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In Enterprise Or B2B Sales.
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Influence Key Decision Makers.
Knowledge Of The Telecommunications Industry And Experience Selling Cloud-Based Solutions Is Preferred.
