- Develop and implement treasury strategies and policies to support the financial goals of the company.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of cash management, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and bank account management.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow and financial market conditions to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners to negotiate favorable terms and rates.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks, including currency exchange, interest rate, and credit risks.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
- Prepare and present reports and analysis to senior management on treasury activities and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and tax, to ensure accurate and timely reporting and forecasting.
- Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their development.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in treasury operations.

Extensive Experience In Treasury Management: A Senior Treasury Manager At Ringcentral Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Treasury Operations, Including Cash Management, Debt Financing, And Investment Management.
Strong Financial Acumen: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Concepts And Be Able To Analyze And Interpret Complex Financial Data To Make Strategic Decisions.
Advanced Knowledge Of Treasury Systems And Tools: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Treasury Management Systems, Cash Forecasting Tools, And Other Financial Software Used In Treasury Operations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Senior Treasury Manager Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders, So Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
