- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for components.
- Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality materials and components for engine production.
- Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to validate the performance and durability of components.
- Continuously review and improve existing designs to optimize performance and reduce costs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during production and assembly of components.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and developments in component design and engineering.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Rolls-Royce quality standards and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Component Design, Development, And Testing.
Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Catia.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As As9100 And Faa Guidelines.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
