  • Develop and deliver customer service and product training programs for employees and customers
  • Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs are relevant and effective
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and create customized training solutions
  • Utilize various training techniques and methods to engage and motivate trainees, including interactive activities, role-playing, and multimedia presentations
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the quality of training
  • Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
  • Communicate training schedules, updates, and changes to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide support and guidance to trainees throughout the training process
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for customer service and product knowledge
  • Represent the company and uphold its values and standards in all training activities
  • Continuously strive for personal and professional growth and development to enhance training abilities and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
