Finance Manager

Product cost subject matter expert for Rolls Royce's US Businesses. Responsible for establishing and communicating product cost to senior leadership including year on year changes and analysis of cost drivers. Act as the Business Partner for Manufacturing Supply Chain and interact with Manufacturing Managers to drive business performance. Monitor financial performance against plan and communicates key performance metrics. Highlight variances to plan and identify hazards and opportunities for improvements. Prepare budget/forecasts for each area and lead monthly performance reviews on key metrics with business and senior management to help them better understand P&L impact and establish recovery plans Work closely with manufacturing management to establish load and capacity for budget/forecasts for all of Indianapolis Operations.
