Job Description

Holding technical responsibility for planning, interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating test vehicle movements and local test activities to meet customer objectives. Planning and guiding the successful execution of tests using proper Program Management techniques. Coordinating the readiness of Test Equipment, Test Facility, Experimental Dynamics, Data Systems, Instrumentation, and Development Engineers in defining, analysing, and executing engine test arrangements. Coordinating, creating, and presents Test technical plans, instructions, presentations, and reports to internal and external stakeholders. Identifying and implementing test execution efficiency improvements. Understanding and documenting test processes and procedures in support of global Test Execution. Ensuring compliance with all relevant HS&E requirements associated with test preparation and execution.

Job Qualifications
  • 2+ years of work experience in Engineering or Aviation

  • Extensive knowledge of Experimental Testing ideally in a multi-site context

  • Demonstrates the ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment

  • Technical Lead of a significant project (>150K USD) a plus
