  1. Manage and maintain client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all HRIS related inquiries and issues.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored HRIS solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Implement and configure HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.
  4. Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting any technical issues and providing training on HRIS functionality.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HRIS solutions with other systems and processes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HR technology, and make recommendations for improvements to existing HRIS processes.
  7. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for HRIS implementations and upgrades.
  8. Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on HRIS systems, providing guidance and support to other team members and clients.
  10. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, reports, and recommendations on HRIS projects.
  11. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, consistently striving to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  12. Participate in business development activities, including presentations and proposals, to help grow the HRIS client base.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve HRIS processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
