  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth and meet revenue targets for the Managed Security Services team.
  2. Identify and cultivate new client relationships through targeted outreach and networking efforts.
  3. Utilize a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique security needs of clients.
  5. Serve as a thought leader and expert in the cybersecurity landscape, providing guidance and insights to clients and internal teams.
  6. Lead sales presentations and pitches to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our security solutions.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  8. Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
  9. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
  10. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our reach.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns and product enhancements to support sales efforts.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, new technologies, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies and offerings.
  13. Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximize profitability and meet client needs.
  14. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and prospects to expand our client base and increase market share.
  15. Uphold the company's values and standards, acting as a positive representative of the organization in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Sales, Preferably In The Managed Security Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Information Security, Risk Management, And Compliance.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Sales Strategies To Drive Revenue Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Key Stakeholders.
