- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth and revenue targets for the Microsoft Modern Work & Cloud Solutions practice.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business development strategies.
- Utilize strong knowledge of Microsoft's Modern Work and Cloud Solutions to position RSM US as a leading provider in the market.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track progress towards business development goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company standards.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve business development objectives.
- Represent RSM US at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business development processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador for RSM US, promoting the company's values and culture in all interactions.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Microsoft Modern Work And Cloud Solutions, Including Azure, Office 365, Teams, And Power Platform.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Business Growth And Revenue Through Strategic Partnerships And Sales Initiatives.
Strong Understanding Of The Current Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In The Technology Industry, Specifically In The Modern Work And Cloud Solutions Space.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Business Development Or Sales Leadership Role, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Technology Consulting Firm.
