- Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce management needs and develop customized solutions using UKG Pro software.
- Lead and manage consulting projects, including scoping, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' current workforce management processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in workforce management and UKG Pro software.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Continuously assess and improve consulting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management Consulting, Preferably With A Focus On Ukg Pro Software.
Strong Understanding Of Ukg Pro Functionality And Configuration, Including Time And Attendance, Scheduling, And Data Analytics.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Consulting Engagements.
Demonstrated Ability To Work With Clients At All Levels, From Front-Line Staff To C-Suite Executives, And Provide Strategic Guidance And Support.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Or Professional Certification In Workforce Management A Plus.
