- Collaborate with team members to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to clients.
- Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of project deliverables.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements and configuring solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and high-quality solutions.
- Support the team in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are being met.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively seek out opportunities to contribute to project success.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to Dynamics 365.
- Contribute to the growth of the company by providing exceptional service to clients and actively participating in business development activities.
Proficiency In Microsoft Dynamics 365: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Including Its Various Modules And Functionality, In Order To Assist With Implementation And Delivery Consulting Projects.
Strong Communication Skills: As An Intern In A Consulting Role, Effective Communication Skills Are Crucial. This Includes Verbal And Written Communication, As Well As The Ability To Clearly Articulate Complex Concepts And Ideas To Clients.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The D365 Enterprise Delivery Consulting Intern Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify And Solve Problems That Arise During Implementation Projects. This May Involve Data Analysis, Troubleshooting System Issues, And Providing Creative Solutions.
Team Player: The Intern Should Be Able To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment, As They Will Be Working Closely With Project Managers, Consultants, And Other Team Members. They Should Be Able To Take Direction And Contribute Their Ideas To Meet Project Objectives.
Knowledge Of Business Processes: A Basic Understanding Of Business Processes And Workflows Is Important For This Role, As The Intern Will Be Working With Clients To Map Out Their Current Processes And Help Identify Areas For Improvement.
