- Lead and manage the Epic consulting practice at RSM US, ensuring that all projects and initiatives are aligned with the company's values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the Epic consulting practice, in collaboration with other leaders and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of skilled and motivated consultants to deliver high-quality Epic solutions to clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Epic systems, staying current with industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within RSM US to leverage resources and expertise for successful project delivery.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
- Stay informed on healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to Epic systems, ensuring projects are in compliance.
- Represent RSM US at industry conferences and events, promoting the company and networking with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute marketing strategies to promote the Epic consulting practice.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures within the Epic consulting practice to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Remain accountable for the financial performance of the Epic consulting practice, including revenue and profitability.
- Uphold and promote the company's culture and values, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Act as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, setting a high standard for the team and the company.
Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Epic Software Implementation And Consulting, With A Focus On Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Consultants, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Epic Projects, Including Budget And Timeline Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Epic Modules And Functionality, As Well As Industry Best Practices For Implementation And Optimization.
