  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for government contracting clients, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and oversee all aspects of the government contracting business, including client relationships, project management, and financial performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the government contracting industry.
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, and provide guidance to clients in navigating the complex government contracting landscape.
  5. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and potential clients.
  6. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  7. Conduct thorough analyses and provide strategic recommendations to enhance client performance and achieve desired outcomes.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects, meeting and exceeding expectations.
  9. Act as a thought leader in the government contracting industry, representing the company at conferences, events, and other industry forums.
  10. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process and operational enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with other members of the management team to drive company-wide initiatives and achieve overall business goals.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
  13. Uphold the company's values and culture, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  14. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Government Contracting, Preferably With A Consulting Firm.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal Acquisition Regulations (Far) And Other Relevant Government Contracting Laws And Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Overseeing Multiple Government Contracts And Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Government Clients And Stakeholders.
