- Lead the implementation and management of the Microsoft D365 Power Platform for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and identify opportunities for utilizing the Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Power Platform and its capabilities, staying up-to-date with the latest updates and features.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for Power Platform implementations.
- Train and educate clients on how to effectively use the Power Platform to improve their business processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful and seamless integration of the Power Platform into client systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation or management of the Power Platform.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the Power Platform, making recommendations for improvements or enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Power Platform, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to the Power Platform and share knowledge with the team.
