NetSuite Implementation Consultant

RSM US is seeking an experienced NetSuite Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who has the expertise and knowledge to help our clients successfully implement NetSuite and its related technologies. The ideal candidate for this role will have a combination of experience in software implementation, technology consulting, and/or system integration. We value candidates who possess strong communication, problem solving, and relationship building skills. A passion for technology and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also essential.The successful candidate will be required to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a technology-related role. Experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relations management (CRM), and/or financial management systems is also preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in the successful implementation of NetSuite and its related technologies.
2. Provide advice and guidance to clients on the best practices for using NetSuite and its related technologies.
3. Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are being met.
5. Provide training and support to clients on the use of NetSuite and its related technologies.
6. Troubleshoot any issues related to NetSuite and its related technologies.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of NetSuite and its related technologies.
8. Develop and maintain documentation related to the implementation of NetSuite and its related technologies.
9. Keep abreast of the latest developments in the NetSuite and its related technologies.
10. Monitor performance and provide ongoing support to clients.
