- Serve as the primary point of contact for pre-sales engineering activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution design discussions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify potential clients, understand their business needs, and provide technical expertise and solutions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client industries, technologies, and competitors to develop tailored and effective sales strategies.
- Utilize strong technical knowledge and understanding of RSM US products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing RSM US's capabilities and differentiators.
- Lead and manage the pre-sales engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team and clients.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from clients to inform product enhancements and new offerings.
- Represent RSM US at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and build relationships with potential clients.
Extensive Technical Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And A Deep Understanding Of The Products And Services Offered By Rsm Us.
