  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for pre-sales engineering activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution design discussions.
  2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify potential clients, understand their business needs, and provide technical expertise and solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of client industries, technologies, and competitors to develop tailored and effective sales strategies.
  4. Utilize strong technical knowledge and understanding of RSM US products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  6. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing RSM US's capabilities and differentiators.
  7. Lead and manage the pre-sales engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team and clients.
  9. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from clients to inform product enhancements and new offerings.
  10. Represent RSM US at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and build relationships with potential clients.

  • Extensive Technical Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And A Deep Understanding Of The Products And Services Offered By Rsm Us. This Includes Experience With Various Hardware And Software Systems, As Well As An Understanding Of Current Industry Trends And Best Practices.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Pre-Sales Engineer Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Pre-Sales Engineers. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills Are Crucial, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Strategic Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Clients, Sales Teams, And Various Internal Departments. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Sales Experience: While This Is Not A Sales Position, Experience In A Sales Or Business Development Role Is Highly Desirable. The Pre-Sales Engineer Director Will Work Closely With The Sales Team To Identify And Qualify Leads, As Well As Support Them In Developing And Delivering Sales Pitches And Presentations.
