Contract Negotiator

Prepare, review, negotiate and execute contracts, amendments, and other legal documents. Support procurement processes, including vendor identification and management. Review proposals and advise RTI-HS project or administrative staff on contractual and business issues. Advise research project personnel regarding contract terms and risk mitigation. Identify matters which require escalation within the Office of Legal and Regulatory Affairs or to senior management, as appropriate. Maintain business, contractual, and financial records in enterprise-wide client management and accounting system. Respond to client and vendor requests for information or documents. Prepare monthly reports and support internal audits, as needed. Support client HCP/HCO reporting requirements. Assist with maintaining standard client and third-party contract templates.
