Educational Leadership Specialist
Work directly with teachers, principals, and district administrators to achieve co-constructed goals and enhance opportunities for students. Provide coaching to educational practitioners. Facilitate professional learning to deepen educational leaders’ knowledge, build new skills, and implement evidence-based strategies Research national and international best practices of successful schools and districts that can be applied to local contexts and provide expertise on implementing district and state policies and strategies. Contribute to multi-state business development and market analysis efforts to broaden RTI’s impact. Align professional development with the goal of improving instructional outcomes. Support the development of professional learning communities to systematize a process for continuous improvement. Coordinate the implementation and utilization of formative assessment to drive instructional decisions.
At least 10 years of experience in an educational leadership capacity.
Mastery in analyzing and drawing conclusions from multiple sources of data.
Advanced skills with virtual platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Professional coaching or consulting experience preferred
Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced work environment.
