Job Description

Assist with reviewing resumes and credentials related to position requirements. Assisting with candidate screening and interviews. Scheduling candidate screening calls and other related meetings.Managing and updating candidate records within applicant tracking system and contact management systems. Posting job opportunities on external job boards. Conducting reference checks. Sourcing a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Conducting market research when necessary. Contributing to RTI initiatives such as operational excellence, candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, onboarding and orientation, employee referrals, alumni program, workforce planning, etc.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrated through interview responses and work samples

  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects/needs where competing demands are the norm, while meeting deadlines

  • Demonstrated interest in human resources and/or talent acquisition preferred

  • Experience with sourcing candidates through various platforms
