Tech Ops Seasonal Intern
The Tech Ops Intern experience the exciting and challenging day-to-day activities for supporting software and end users at our growing company. This person will be a valuable resource assisting with closing IT support tickets, assisting with software installations, setting up new users, deploying hardware, adding to our documentation library, manipulating data, web programming and various special projects. Assist in developing time efficiency processes and tools. Assist with preparing and/or modify system and process documentation. Take inbound support requests from employees. Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field
Basic knowledge of server hardware (including web servers) and network configurations
Familiarity with Microsoft base technology
