  1. Develop and test advanced technologies to protect and defend space assets against potential threats.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential threats and develop countermeasures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
  4. Communicate technical information and updates to team members and stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in counter-space technology.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the development and testing process.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  8. Participate in the development and review of project plans and schedules.
  9. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and junior engineers.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  11. Document and report on project progress and results.
  12. Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and technical details.
  13. Participate in proposal development and presentations to potential clients.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  15. Continuously strive for innovation and efficiency in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Counter-Space Payloads

  • Comprehensive Understanding Of Satellite Systems And Their Operation In Space

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Counter-Space Technology

  • Ability To Design, Develop, And Test Counter-Space Payloads And Communicate Results Effectively To Team Members And Clients.
