  1. Monitor and analyze company operations to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of company facilities and operations to identify potential compliance issues.
  3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all relevant environmental regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance with them.
  4. Collaborate with various departments within the company to develop and implement strategies for maintaining environmental compliance.
  5. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, ensuring timely and accurate communication of compliance-related information.
  6. Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including permits, reports, and records.
  7. Train employees on environmental regulations and best practices to promote compliance throughout the company.
  8. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues that may arise, working closely with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on changes in environmental regulations and proactively implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide environmental sustainability initiatives.
  11. Conduct regular environmental impact assessments and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with external consultants and experts to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance activities and reports.
  14. Communicate with senior management on the company's environmental compliance status and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Continuously seek out ways to improve the company's environmental compliance processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Compliance, Preferably In A Consulting Or Government Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Permits.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Apply Complex Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Compliance Issues To Stakeholders.
