  1. Conduct research and analysis of current and emerging threats in the field of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense.
  2. Develop and lead critical projects related to CBRN defense, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  3. Utilize expertise to provide expert recommendations and guidance to senior leadership on CBRN defense strategies and initiatives.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and technologies in CBRN defense, and incorporate them into project plans and recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive CBRN defense plans and policies.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  7. Lead and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge in CBRN defense.
  8. Prepare and present reports, briefings, and presentations to inform senior leadership and stakeholders about CBRN defense initiatives and projects.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to CBRN defense.
  10. Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and other events related to CBRN defense.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert for CBRN defense, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams within the organization.
  12. Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to enhance the organization's CBRN defense capabilities and partnerships.
  13. Continuously assess and improve CBRN defense processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security when handling sensitive information related to CBRN defense.
  15. Uphold the organization's values and mission in all aspects of work and behavior.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum 8 Years Of Experience In Cbrn Defense Analysis Or Related Field

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cbrn Threat Detection, Identification, And Response Techniques

  • Experience In Conducting Cbrn Vulnerability Assessments And Risk Analyses

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Communicate Complex Information Effectively To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
