Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the management of acute care services across the Saint Francis Health System.
2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare and patient safety.
3. Manage multiple projects and tasks while maintaining a focus on patient care.
4. Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Represent the health system and its mission in a positive and professional manner.
6. Analyze healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance.
7. Manage personnel and resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Develop and implement strategic and creative plans in order to meet objectives.
9. Monitor and evaluate performance of personnel and services.
10. Participate in meetings, conferences, and other relevant healthcare activities.
