Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In Finance Or Accounting: The Executive Director, Finance At Saint Francis Health System Should Possess An Advanced Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. This Demonstrates The Individual's Knowledge And Expertise In Financial Management And Analysis.

  • Extensive Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Leadership In A Finance Or Accounting Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. They Should Have The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Make Strategic Decisions And Manage Complex Financial Operations.

  • Strong Financial Acumen: The Executive Director, Finance Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Financial Principles, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, And Reporting. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Financial Systems And Processes.

  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Reimbursement Models, Regulations, And Trends, Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience Working In A Healthcare Organization Or A Similar Industry.
