- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and job applicants, serving as a point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization to ensure their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and facilitate integration into the organization.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and promote career growth and advancement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Support employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace conflicts and conducting investigations when necessary.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and policy development.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in human resources to make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization in all interactions and activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Employment Laws.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels.
Demonstrated Experience In Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, And Performance Management.
