Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff members.
2. Utilize knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
3. Handle employee relations issues in a professional and effective manner.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all human resources activities.
5. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Provide guidance and assistance to staff members in regards to policies, procedures, and benefits.
7. Assist in the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
8. Manage employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff members.
