- Oversee and monitor the quality of patient care provided by home health staff, ensuring it meets all regulatory and organizational standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of home health care services.
- Conduct regular audits of patient records, documentation, and care plans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any identified issues.
- Provide training and education to home health staff on quality assurance processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices for delivering high-quality care.
- Serve as a resource for home health staff regarding quality assurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Communicate with patients and their families to gather feedback and address any concerns or complaints related to quality of care.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality of care, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assurance activities and outcomes.

- Stay informed of industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes related to home health care and quality assurance.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Current Lpn License In The State Of Oklahoma
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Home Health Or Quality Assurance
Knowledge And Understanding Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations
