- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss quality improvement strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to quality improvement and operations management.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality improvement initiatives and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of quality improvement efforts.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety within the organization.
- Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality policies and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Improvement And/Or Operations Analysis Within A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Cms And The Joint Commission.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvement Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Findings To Leadership.
