Workday Functional Analyst

At Saint Francis Health System, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Workday Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent problem-solver with the ability to provide technical solutions to complex business needs. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise for the Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and will work closely with our HR team to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the system.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three years’ experience working with Workday HRIS, with a minimum of one year experience in Workday functional system configuration and data management. You must also have a detailed understanding of HR business processes, reporting, and data maintenance. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, and who has excellent communication and organizational skills. 1. Provide technical expertise for the Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
