Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and payroll.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures as required.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Analyze employee performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and manage employee benefits programs.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Create and update job descriptions as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and the public regarding HR-related matters.
