Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement efficient processes to improve production processes.
2. Analyze production requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
3. Develop and document standard operating procedures for all processes in the manufacturing environment.
4. Monitor and analyze production performance data and identify areas of improvement.
5. Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
6. Train personnel in the use of new processes and equipment.
7. Maintain and troubleshoot processes and equipment.
8. Develop and implement projects to improve safety, quality, and cost.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
10. Provide technical support to other departments, as needed.
