  8. Manage and maintain equipment and tools used in completion operations.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  10. Train and mentor junior completion team members.
  11. Document completion operations and maintain accurate records.
  12. Participate in meetings and presentations to share knowledge and experience.
  13. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source necessary equipment and materials.
  14. Travel to various locations to oversee completion operations.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Petroleum Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Well Completions And Interventions.

  • Proficiency In Designing And Executing Completion Operations Using Industry Standard Software Such As Wellcat, Prosper, Or Petrel.

  • Strong Understanding Of Completion Design, Equipment, And Materials.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
