Engineering Design Manager

Schlumberger is looking for an experienced Engineering Design Manager to join our team. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who is passionate about driving engineering design projects to successful completion. The successful candidate will have a track record of managing and leading complex engineering design projects and teams.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field- At least four years of experience in engineering design project management- Proficiency with computer software, including AutoCAD, 3D modelling, and other engineering design programs- Expertise in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsIf you have a passion for engineering design projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you. -Manage and lead complex engineering design projects and teams -Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines -Monitor and adjust resource utilization and allocation -Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects -Provide guidance and technical expertise to design team members -Develop and document design processes and procedures -Ensure that quality standards are met -Provide technical support and troubleshooting -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of engineering design software and technology -Analyze and report project progress to management -Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
