  1. Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including but not limited to, cranes, forklifts, and winches on board our Frac Boat team vessels.
  2. Carry out daily inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.
  3. Ensure equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  5. Follow all instructions and procedures provided by supervisors and adhere to standard operating procedures at all times.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks.
  7. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  8. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance logs.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during operations.
  10. Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge of equipment operations, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
  11. Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
  12. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Adhere to all environmental regulations and practices.
  14. Take part in emergency response activities and drills when required.

Job Qualifications
