• Conduct thorough research and analysis of patent and trademark laws, regulations, and procedures
• Prepare and file patent and trademark applications, responses to office actions, and other legal documents
• Maintain accurate and organized records of patent and trademark portfolios
• Assist with trademark and patent portfolio management, including docket management and tracking deadlines
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to develop and implement intellectual property strategies
