  1. Manage and coordinate the movement of goods and materials for the company, both domestically and internationally.

  4. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

  6. Create and maintain shipping and receiving schedules and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of logistics activities.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
  9. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics processes.
  10. Train and oversee logistics team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  11. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.
  14. Participate in company meetings and provide updates on logistics operations and performance.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive and professional work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Shipping Regulations, Customs Procedures, And Trade Compliance.

  • Proficiency In Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Wms.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills.
