- Oversee and coordinate all surface well testing operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Act as a leader and mentor to field technicians and operators, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor and assess the performance of field personnel, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely and accurate completion of surface well testing projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain and manage all equipment and resources necessary for surface well testing operations, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during surface well testing operations, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Communicate and report project updates and status to management and clients, ensuring clear and accurate communication at all times.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of surface well testing operations.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in surface well testing technology and techniques, incorporating new methods and tools into operations where applicable.
Extensive Experience In Surface Well Testing: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Surface Well Testing, Including Knowledge Of Various Testing Techniques, Equipment, And Procedures.
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Effectively Lead A Team Of Technicians And Operators, Delegate Tasks, And Manage Work Schedules To Ensure Efficient And Safe Operations.
Technical Proficiency: In-Depth Knowledge Of Well Testing Equipment And Software, As Well As Understanding Of Downhole Tools And Surface Equipment Used In Testing Operations.
Safety And Compliance: Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Procedures, Including Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Regulations And Standards. Experience In Conducting Safety Audits And Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies.
Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Clients, And Other Stakeholders. Ability To Build And Maintain Positive Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
