Pharmacist - Inpatient Rehab

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Pharmacist to join our Inpatient Rehab team at Select Medical. The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring that the medications prescribed for each patient are appropriate for the diagnosis, and that all applicable laws and regulations are followed in the provision of patient care. The Pharmacist will be a key team member in our commitment to excellence in patient care.The ideal candidate for this role will possess a PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, along with a current and valid license to practice pharmacy in the state of practice. Additionally, we are seeking someone with an understanding of medical terminology, the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, their uses, and interactions is a must. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is committed to ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
