  1. Greet and welcome customers to Sephora with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customers' beauty needs and preferences.
  3. Utilize expert knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques to assist customers in finding the perfect products for their needs.
  4. Continuously stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to effectively share with customers.
  5. Proactively engage with customers to offer personalized recommendations and provide product demonstrations.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the overall customer experience.
  9. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products.
  10. Attend and actively participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  11. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  13. Assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively seeking out opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
