  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  3. Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling products.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Organize and maintain product displays to attract and engage customers.
  7. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Sephora products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
  10. Keep up-to-date with beauty trends, new products, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, workstations, and inventory storage areas.
  12. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
  13. Participate in training and coaching sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, stock management, and safety standards.
  15. Strive to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
