As the face of our company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and driving sales.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing a positive and friendly first impression.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Assist customers in finding products and making informed purchase decisions.
  4. Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of store promotions, events, and products to effectively communicate to customers.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  7. Manage and organize inventory and stock levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
  8. Communicate with team members and managers to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom area.
  11. Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases to provide customers with the most current information.
  13. Participate in store meetings, trainings, and other company events as required.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
  15. Continuously strive to improve sales and customer service skills to enhance the overall customer experience.
