  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  3. Create and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration amongst team members.
  4. Ensure that all employees are properly trained on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all products are adequately stocked and replenished on a regular basis.
  6. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure that visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
  7. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
  9. Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak business hours and special events.
  10. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the store's operations.
  11. Communicate effectively with upper management regarding store performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases to provide customers with the most current and relevant information.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Continuously assess and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity within the store.
  15. Act as a role model for team members, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to the company's values.
