Prior Experience In Loss Prevention Or Security: A Successful Candidate For A Store Loss Prevention Investigator Job At Sephora Should Have Previous Experience In Loss Prevention Or Security, Ideally In A Retail Setting. This Experience Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Procedures.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws: A Store Loss Prevention Investigator Must Be Knowledgeable About State And Federal Laws Related To Theft, Fraud, And Other Criminal Activities. This Knowledge Is Crucial In Conducting Investigations And Following Proper Protocols When Handling Potential Suspects.
